• They do not involve actual sexually explicit conduct;
• They are not produced with materials that visually depict actual sexually explicit conduct.

• User-generated, for which OhLala.com is not the primary producer (as defined by 18 U.S.C. §2257);
• Or does not contain any depictions subject to record-keeping requirements.
